Credit Cards
Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Simply pay as a guest through PayPal. Of course, you can always use your PayPal account to pay for your order. Credit cards are also accepted by phone at 602-896-0146 if you don't like using your credit card over the internet.

Checks and Money Orders
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in US Dollars only. Please make all checks and money orders payable to SHAMANIC CONNECTION LLC. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy
- Flat Rate Shipping $7.95 in the USA
- Flat Rate Shipping $13.95 to Canada
Orders are shipped by USPS. If you would like your order shipped by Priority or Express Mail, please place your order by phone at 602-896-0146 or email the order to us and we will let you know the total including shipping.
Shipping Time-- Most orders will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping time offered to you by Shaman's Marketplace only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

International Orders:
We gladly accept internationl orders by phone or email. Please place your order by phone at 602-896-0146 or email the order to us and we will contact you with your order total including shipping and to obtain your billing information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover or can send a PayPal invoice for your order.
**PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or import duties that are owed. We do NOT pay duties for you, nor do we add them to your shipping costs.

Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns
Please let us know if you have any problems with one of our products so we can take care of it immediately. We will gladly exchange any products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
